Charter Mountain Financial (CMF) is a service company offering SBA consulting and loan packaging services to banks. CMF has expertise in all aspects of SBA lending.

Brad Lenhard has over thirty years commercial lending experience in Colorado and joined CMF in 2009.  Brad has been employed by The Bank at Broadmoor, Colorado National Bank, Rocky Mountain Bank & Trust and American Bank of Commerce. Brad worked as a commercial loan officer, in commercial loan development, in a Special Assets department and managed commercial loan portfolios to $10 Million. Brad has held positions of Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors in Colorado banks.

Curt Charter started Charter Mountain Financial in June of 2000 following a career of over twenty five years with the U. S. Small Business Administration.  Curt held positions with the SBA in Omaha, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Madison (WI).  He worked directly with small business owners and bankers as a loan officer.  He managed SBA finance divisions in Wisconsin and was the Wisconsin District Director in charge of two offices. He retired in 2010.

CMF has been built on promises of “no surprises” and “make it happen”.  CMF clients are solely banks and their small business customers.  Brad personally handles every aspect of the SBA presentation.

Charter Mountain Financial became a Community Economic Development Company (CEDCO) Associate in 2001.  CEDCO is a U. S. Small Business Administration Certified Development Company.  The strategic partnership with CEDCO allows Charter Mountain Financial to provide up to 90% financing through the SBA 504 program at the lowest rate allowed by SBA.  Charter Mountain Financial has working relationships with Certified Development Companies in many other states.
