Charter Mountain Financial is a lender providing loans through strategic alliances with specific local, statewide, and national lenders. We are also a service Company specializing in loan guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). We have expertise in all aspects of commercial financing through our strategic alliances. Curt Charter started Charter Mountain Financial, LLC, in June of 2000 following a career of over twenty years with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Curt held positions with the SBA in Omaha, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Madison (WI). He worked directly with small business owners and bankers as a loan officer. He managed SBA finance divisions and in Wisconsin was the state District Director in charge of two offices.

Charter Mountain Financial has facilitated or originated over $100 million in commercial loans. The business was built on promises of "no surprises" and "make it happen."

Charter Mountain Financial became a Community Economic Development Company (CEDCO) Associate in 2001. CEDCO is a U.S. Small Business Administration Certified Development Company. The strategic alliance with CEDCO allows Charter Mountain Financial to provide up to 90% financing through the SBA 504 program at the lowest rate allowed by SBA. Charter Mountain Financial has working relationships with Certified Development Companies in many other states.
